Sara Ross is a classical sculptor with a contemporary outlook. She has a passion and obsession for sculpture of all kinds. She has always loved to make things and explore creative ideas using a variety of materials ever since she can remember.
Sara Ross moved from London where she worked as a sculptor and painter in the film industry, to Cornwall 4 years ago to concentrate on her own creative work. Sara Ross loves to capture movement within the human figure and animals in clay, by studying the human form and the wildlife that surrounds her in Cornwall.

Sara Ross`s modelling skills and studies in Technical Arts and special FX as a degree led her to work in the film industry as a detail sculptor and painter. She moved to Cornwall 3 years ago where she has recently been sculpting the human figure in clay and has captured the feeling of movement within a still piece of work. She loves to experiment with different finishes and effects to compliment the work and the environment for which it is intended for.
