Sara Ingleby-Mackenzie trained under Ken Hughes, a pupil of Henry Moore, at Bath Academy of Art. There she achieved a first class honours degree in Sculpture and was awarded the Henry Moore Foundation Scholarship.
Working in a variety of scales commissions have ranged from public art to smaller domestic pieces currently she is creating.
“When I start work on a new sculpture I am mindful that it should have an anatomical credibility along with a modern day relevance. Responding to unfinished work in front of me, the pieces develop their own narrative.”

Working in a variety of scales commissions have included a public art commission for Kandahar Real Estate for Droitwich Spa, sculptures for Volkswagen, the Nordic Swimming Federation, and creating the iconic `Spirit of Flight` for O A G `Airline of the Year Awards`..

Three Large Pears sculptures for a new shopping centre in Worcester.
Life size relief sculpture of World War 1 vicar Geoffrey Studdert Kennedy better known by the troops as Woodbine Willie,
Life size World War 2 Royal Air Force Pilot to be sited at the Royal Canadian Air Force Memorial at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire.
