Francony Kowalski was born in Le Havre in 1959. In 1977 the artist decided to live in London and then, in 1984 she decided to come back to France and settled in Vence (French riviera).
Frankony Kowalski`s Statement
I like to consider myself as a Public Art artist. For few years, I have been searching for my own place in the Art field. In 2009, I installed the sculpture bench SCARLET in the Stables Market, and straight away, people were sitting on it taking pictures, I knew that I had made the right choice.
