Mediums Used

Bob Clyatt is a conceptual artist who uses the sculpted human form as a primary vehicle of expression.

“Whether I`m combining clay with 3-D printing or trying to mash Postmodernism and Mystery together into some sort of new theology, I always seem to be sparking opposites off one another: Seeing what happens next provides endless fun. I use the figure to engage us in the investigation, and because I find it an ever-challenging form at multiple levels — formal/physical, art-historical, psychological.”
