Mediums Used

Arabella Marshall is a glass artist with a special interest in making pieces that form an inherent part of the environments, both exterior and interior, lived in and used by people.

Her work comes from the deep inspiration she finds in the everyday relationship with her surroundings as well as that which starts to form between the developing piece and the person or place for which it is intended.

My purpose as an artist is to make pieces that are intended to enhance and bring a soulfulness to the environments that people spend their lives in, – both in the private and public arena.

Reviews

"I loved your outside piece. I was with it for ages and felt a sense of excitement the longer I was there...! Like I was allowing myself to build up a relationship with it (which is rare for me in the art world). (I feel a little shy writing it down...) I got really into taking macro and other photos of it. I loved the aliveness and vibrancy and multi layeredand texuredness of it... The seeming internal chaos with the perfection of the form... " exhibition visitor.

"We loved your exhibits at Delamore – your work is exquisite. Nobody else I’ve seen seems to get the intensity of colour you achieve." exhibition visitor

"We are both SO pleased with the window! It is lovely this evening and quite different - so many changes in light.
Thank you. " Satisfied customer.
