Amongst a busy life, Neil managed whilst Chairman of the much respected Surrey Sculpture Society, to raise the Society to the prominence it now has.
His work is perceptively accurate, and has a natural charm of its own.

Biography
Neil was born in Cornwall in 1937. He worked in various forms of community work until 1978 when he began work as a professional sculptor.
Primarily self-taught, his work has sold world-wide, in particular Europe and the USA. His work is predominently figurative, speaking of the human condition and beauty of the human form.
