Naomi takes her inspiration from the natural environment in which she lives. Her work reflects her love of animals and people, sometimes combined with mythology. She is a professional artist and has had commissions and solo exhibitions.

I live and work from my farmhouse studio, which is in a secluded beauty spot in Wales. The rugged landscape that surrounds me is inspiring for my artwork.
I have worked from here for many years as a self-employed sculptor, taking on commissions and creating my own work to sell and exhibit.

The subject matters that I enjoy working with are figurative and wildlife pieces; this seems to be my forte. I have found the media most suitable for my work is modelling in clay and casting into bronze. My work has it`s own realistic style and is quite detailed, with serene subject matters.

Public Works

Emergence-5ft bronze figurative sculpture, public sculpture sited at Lower Lliw Reservoir. Incorporating local history in relief work.

Commissioned -Relief Mural for Hyder PLC
Cold Cast Bronze relief, (6" by 4"), depicting the old water mill at Felindre and the local wildlife. Sited at the entrance of Felindre`s new water treatment plant.

Teaching Experience
I have run art classes for Mind, Women`s Aid and Education Otherwise.
